Based in our Fredericksburg, TX office, Kyle brings a wealth of experience in installing and commissioning various equipment types, spanning back to 1998. His responsibilities encompass field and office management, sales, estimating, and overseeing specialized projects such as rooftop installations, water towers, radar towers, site modifications, and more, including C&I, DO Macro Upgrade Projects, Neighborhood Expansion sites, E911 Testing, custom communications sites, and large-scale high-profile buildouts. Furthermore, Kyle possesses extensive expertise in equipment troubleshooting. He obtained his Master Electrician License in 2012, holds certification as a Com-Train Trainer, is proficient in the operation of various testing equipment, and is well-versed in technical aspects and program management. Moreover, Kyle has a strong background in heavy civils and utilities, as well as aggregate production and land development.

With a diverse skill set, Scott possesses extensive experience in installing various equipment types for multiple suppliers and clients, prioritizing safety throughout operations. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing a robust safety program within the company, providing training to employees and serving as a trainer for climbers and riggers through Com-Train (now also Safety LMS). Furthermore, Scott has actively contributed to numerous projects, leveraging his expertise to manage crews, materials, and ensure comprehensive closeout documentation. His commitment extends to bridging the office-to-field gap, ensuring seamless support for crews to deliver high-quality products to customers.

Her background includes key roles at T-Mobile and Sprint, where she successfully led large-scale network deployments and cross-functional initiatives.
